Cleaning after construction needs a different approach from daily maintenance. Building dust settles on walls, frames, installations and the smallest corners, while fit-out residue often requires the right method and equipment.

What does post-construction cleaning include?
The scope is agreed individually and can include removing building dust, vacuuming, washing and deep-cleaning floors, walls, doors, skirtings, windows, glazing, drains and hard-to-reach elements.
Do you remove epoxy grout?
Yes. Epoxy grout is a difficult residue and requires a method suited to the surface. If needed, we test a small area before starting the full job.
Do you clean after painting and fit-out work?
Yes. We remove dust and residue from paint, adhesives, silicone, mortar and other finishing materials, always taking the surface type into account.
Do you clean windows and glazing after construction?
Yes. We clean windows, frames, shopfronts, glass doors and larger glazing. Where necessary, we combine post-construction cleaning with high-level work.
Do you work on large investments and commercial properties?
Yes. We have experience with large areas and commercial properties. We match the team, equipment and schedule to the scope and handover date.
Do you provide your own equipment?

Do you remove rubble and construction waste?
Carrying and disposal are agreed before the estimate because they depend on the type, quantity and preparation of waste on site.
